Training has commenced for the members of the ‘Primary Stage 1’ School Aerobics team for 2023! The aim of School Aerobics is to provide primary and secondary school students with an avenue to improve their fitness, confidence, health, and self-esteem through participation in a healthy and fun competition.As you are aware, during terms 1 & 2 we will be training for the Victorian School Aerobics State Challenge competition. We will be practising regularly before school on Wednesdays at 8.00 am sharp, Thursday lunchtimes and an extra recess and/or lunchtime closer to the competition date.COMPETITION DATESThe Victorian State Qualifiers competition will be held on Sunday 30th April at Rowville Secondary College. If we make it to state finals, they are held on Sunday 4th of June at Rowville Secondary College and if we make nationals: the 12th-14th August at The Adelaide Entertainment Centre. (You never know!)
