2025 Student Resource Lists

Student book lists for 2025 are available from Campion Education.

A copy of the resource list for each grade level is attached as well as an online ordering instruction sheet. The link and resource lists will also be made available on the school website.

We have endeavoured to keep the cost of the lists as low as possible whilst still supplying children with everything that they need. Students will require all items on their list but there is the capacity to retain some items from this year. Teachers will endeavour to send home unused items as soon as possible.

It is certainly up to parents as to whether you order from Campion or source materials yourself. We would, however, highly recommend that you carefully consider ordering through the Campion system. This ensures that children receive exactly what is required. . When making the decision about purchasing materials from Campion please consider the following:

The quality of the materials from Campion is excellent. Cheaper is not always a good option. Cheap glue sticks for example are just not effective.
Workbooks must have the correct line spacings and dotted thirds which is different for each grade level.
Handwriting and New Wave Mental Maths books are specific and the children must have the exact handwriting book and Mental Maths book that is listed on their form

If you would like your order from Campion to be home delivered, your order must be completed online before 11th December. Delivery will then take place by 24th January at a discounted cost . Orders for delivery after this date will incur a higher cost and there is no guarantee of delivery before school starts. If you would prefer to you can go directly to Campion Store ( 232-236 Wickham Road, Moorabbin) in January with your list and they will compile the order whilst you wait. Please check the website for details on trading hours.

Please note that students will require all items on the resource list. We have indicated items that you may like to source yourself or retain from this year but the children must arrive on the first day of 2025 with everything on their list.

USING THE SCHOOL BONUS TO PAY FOR STUDENT SUPPLIES

A few weeks ago we published an article in our newsletter explaining the 2025 School Saving Bonus.

Parents and carers of every child enrolled in a Victorian government school in 2025 will receive the one-off School Saving Bonus $400 support.
In the coming months, the Department of Education will send you two email communications for each of your children enrolled in Victorian government schools.
On 18 October 2024, the school provided contact information for each student to the Department of Education and you should receive two emails from them later in November.
The two emails from the Department of Education will:

1. Confirm your email address between mid-October and late-November.

2. Provide you with your unique $400 School Saving Bonus code by the end of November.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from the department by late-November, please check your spam or junk folders and contact the school office if needed.

You can read more about the School Saving Bonus on the Department of Education website, with key information now available in 14 different languages.

We have confirmed with Campion that you will be able to use the School Bonus to purchase your student supplies. The process for doing this however, will not be in place until the end of November when you receive all of your documentation about the bonus. We believe you will a QR code and using this you will access vouchers that you then use in the ordering process.

At this point you have two choices;

Go ahead and order your student supplies now and then use the School Bonus for items such as uniform, excursions and camps
Wait until the end of November when information regarding the School Bonus is confirmed and it is available to use for your Campion purchase. We will continue to provide further information on this as soon as we receive it.

** please note that you can only access the school bonus for school supplies if purchasing them from Campion. There will be no capacity to cash in the bonus for use at other retailers.
